Teenagers
who are destined for leadership can earn a Certificate in Student Leadership

Leadership Experience (LDREX)
- Students
will take a leadership role in some kind of youth event or function
and complete a report form. The report form will be available online.
- 3
youth from the group will complete an evaluation form
- The
form will be signed by the pastor or youth minister
Some
examples of the type events you might take a leadership role could be:
- Leading
a group study session
- Leading
in a worship service (testimony, speaking, music, etc.)
- Planning
or organizing an event (trip, project, social event, etc.)
- Leading
in a campus Christian club meeting
- Planning
or leading a mission/ministry project
