Leadership Training for Students

Teenagers who are destined for leadership can earn a Certificate in Student Leadership for Students by taking at least one module (lesson) from each of the five areas below, plus taking the lead in some youth event. Click on the links below to see the exciting topics that are available NOW!

6. Leadership Experience (LDREX)

  • Students will take a leadership role in some kind of youth event or function and complete a report form. The report form will be available online.
  • 3 youth from the group will complete an evaluation form
  • The form will be signed by the pastor or youth minister

Some examples of the type events you might take a leadership role could be:

  • Leading a group study session
  • Leading in a worship service (testimony, speaking, music, etc.)
  • Planning or organizing an event (trip, project, social event, etc.)
  • Leading in a campus Christian club meeting
  • Planning or leading a mission/ministry project
