Here's all you have to do…

For Adult Leaders:

1. Complete at least one lesson (module) in each of ten categories of leadership training. (Click here to see the chart for adult leaders.)
2. Lead a youth group learning experience and get 3 youth in the group to complete an evaluation report form. (The group learning experience could be anything related to youth ministry -- Sunday School, discipleship, missions group, music, etc.)
3. Attend a live training event and complete a simple report form on the event. There is value in being with other youth leaders and that is part of this training program.

For Students:

1. Complete at least one lesson (module) in each of the five categories of high interest leadership training written especially for students who want to be leaders. (Click here to see the chart for students.)
2. Lead a youth learning experience and get 3 youth in the group to complete an evalution report. This could be such things as leading a campus Christian club, taking a leadership role in a worship time, helping to teach a Bible study lesson, etc.
