To complete this requirement you will need to engage in some form of personal leadership with youth and complete a report form. This could be such things as teaching a Bible study, leading a discipleship group, leading a choir rehearsal, leading a mission study group, and so forth.
You will need to select 3 youth from the group to complete an evaluation form
The report form must be signed by the pastor or youth minister
Collect the evaluation forms and the report form and send them to SLTN. (See the Contact page for addresses and numbers.)

11. Attend a Live Training Event (LVTNG)

Attend a youth leadership conference or seminar and complete a report form. The report form is available on the link above. It could be a training event in your own church or any of a number of other leadership training events.
